I see advertised a device invented by Tesla that cuts your electric bill. Can't seem to find any info on this.

I'll trade you. I have a special liquid that they make from Rattle Snakes. They take the rattles out of the tail and then they compress them under high heat and get a oil out of them. You put a few drops of it in your gas or diesel tank and tests have shown that it will increase your mileage by 30 percent.
