I see advertised a device invented by Tesla that cuts your electric bill. Can't seem to find any info on this.

If you have a "smart meter" on your house, look for the meter reads on the bill. Gone. Only shows usage in KWH. Thats because the meter does not transmit a read, only usage in the form of data.
