The best way to serve an armadillo is to get a cedar board that will fit in your oven , clean the dillo , put in the middle of the board . Place carrots , onions and a few tators inside the aradillo . Cook at 350 for 45 minutes . Remove and let cool for a little bit . Place armadillo and vegetables in the trash and then eat the board .
