I'm not sure if your comment is just about money, or that Hondas aren't that quiet. For my money they are. I don't think that makes me a sucker.
My comment is about the brilliant marketing that Honda has done convincing the consumer that spending three times what a very good generator costs is really worth it. And succeeding.
