I totally agree with your list and could add a few more. One item you are correct about but Winnebago told me for slide seals "cornstarch" is as good as the best lubricant and will not attract dirt and messy build up. I tried and they were right. I might add these special vent caps, complete junk. Many more could be added, but unfortunately this is true in every facet of life. Buyer "Beware".
