Actually, my biggest problem is that they think that since you own an RV, you're made of money and they also know that you're gonna want your rig back quick when it's broken. Even when I take it into a very reputible shop, I feel like I've been taken in someway.
Cases in point; (1 I took my trailblazer in to have the new baseplates installed and also the us gears brake system that I bought on Craigslist. got it back and had to pay for new wiring and diodes for the brake. 6 hours labor, instead of the book 3 hours, because they said that my car must have been in a small accident as all the metal parts underneath were bent and had to be straightened. Also charged me FULL retail plus shipping for the base plates. (2 Replaced the Trailblazer with an '11 Liberty, got all the brake parts from the chevy and went another dealer for my baseplates and after he's into the install two hours calls and tells me that the brake unit won't work on the liberty and I need a different brake system and they have a Brake Buddy on hand for, I think around $900 and the only installation will be running the surge brake wiring from the front bumper thru the firewall. So,I pick up the rig and there's 3 hours labor for the baseplates, 3 hours for the aborted brake install,in and out, and 1 hour for the surge brake wiring..So, now there's two shops that'll never see me again.
Hey, costco toilet paper works just fine,I hate pink flamingos,24/7 scare lites, etc.
