I agree with most.
As for the "Bathroom Tissue" lol thing , I use normal tissue but, only after I have tested it by putting it in a jar with a little water and shaking it for a few seconds to make sure it starts to break up. I once had a clog using normal "high quality" tissue because it was sort of like putting fabric down the toilet. It would not dissolve at all and plugged up the drain pipe. 90 percent of normal tissue is fine but, there are a few brands that are just to thick.
I'm just a local TT owner that never tows more then 100 miles from home. My friends are the same. We all have small TT's under 22 feet. None of us use "Sway Control" . But, we are a bunch of farm kids that have been towing since we were old enough to see over the steering wheel.
I've never seen anyone at our local home area parks use a Weight Distribution Hitch either. I do understand why big TT's and small pickups may need them though.
