The Biggest Marketing Scam Success in the RV world

It seems to me that as a group (RV'ers) we are uniquely targeted and susceptible to some of the most clever Marketing ploys to get us to spend money on needless things that are of questionable utility...

4X4 Dodger, I understand West Marine (Worst Marine) & Defender. Defender is my favourite. Good for RV stuff too like inverters, pumps & things. With a little luck I might make an in person pilgrimige to Defender this summer. It has been a few years. Need to renew my vows there.

I have yet to find a RV supplier which is as comprehensive to RV parts & supplies as Defender Marine is to boats all under one roof. Surprising because the RV world is much larger than the boating world.
