The dreaded donut hole.
Just wondering how many others with Medicare part D get to the stage 4 (catastrophic) coverage, and how quickly each year??

- Generally, buying two different insulins, about March or April. I have found the best thing it to buy your way through the donut hole, and get into catastrophic as quick as possible. I try to plan on getting full 90 day refills late in December to make it as far as possible into the next year.
- My wife gets there by March or April.
- My wife has a few health issues and hits the donut hole in May or June
