Our Army buddies, Tall Friend and Short Friend, live part of the year in their fifth wheel at one of our RV hookups (we have four). When they take the FW someplace, Short Friend does collect rocks. Big rocks. Big, beautiful rocks.
Luckily, she doesn't collect one from every place they stop. And she doesn't keep them in the RV. She's building a rock garden in the live oak copse next to the RV spot here.
When she's done, it's gonna be a right pretty garden, with the live oaks, rocks, lavender, and a couple other native plants in it.
I think she did get the idea from this movie...
