If the tariffs equal the playing field, then a better quality component becomes affordable. When these better components are used, the RV quality will also improve.
And you are quite correct....”shoddy” workmanship will continue to be a problem, until....we the consumer demand a better product! If manufacturer “A” has a better product than manufacturer “B”, at similar pricing, eventually ( not overnight).....manufacture “B” will start to fall behind in sales. Supply and demand and customer satisfaction....still rule in business.
At least to those whose IQ is somewhat larger number than their shoe size!
