I installed a Tornado on our hybrid's black tank but it's all plastic and broke instantly, replaced it, and that broke as well so I reverted back to using a tank wand. Our next trailer had a factory installed black tank rinser which worked well but still wasn't as effective as a toilet wand. I now continue to finish my tank servicing with a toilet wand, the bonus being it also cleans the toilet throat which no other method of tank back flushing can achieve. Regardless, what is broken loose is instantly macerated and disposed of by my FloJet and the end result is black tank water that looks like this. :B
I love your stack pipe that goes to your sewer. That is sure a lot easier, less mess, and less obvious than a clean-out.
I personally use both a stinky slinky and keep a portable FloJet unit with a 7/8" "high flow" garden hose (a black one with prominent markings of "DO NOT DRINK), which makes it obvious even to me what hose to put on the FW inlet and what hose to use for the poop shooter. That, and the FW hose is stashed in a separate plastic tub than the macerator pump and its supplies.
One thing I do, either with the pump installed, or without and a twist-on valve is to let the gray water tank backflush the black. First, I empty the blackwater tank. Then I close the twist-on valve or turn off the pump, then open both levers. The gray water then fills up 1/2 to 1/3 of the black tank. I then close the gray water lever, empty the black tank again. One more repeat, then I drain both tanks. This leaves with a clean black tank without wasting water or having to have a rinse cycle.
