This is a silly thread at this point. If you need wifi there are plenty of ways to provide it for yourself. If you are not willing to pay for it to ensure adequate service than you must not need it that bad.
If you are not willing to pay more for yourself why do you think the CG should pay more to ensure you have it.
We know the CG's cannot provide adequate wifi to everyone at all times for technical and cost reasons.
However personal wifi is available for those who want/need it.
There are to be a law concerning personal responsibility. It would cover a whole host of issues within are society including wi fi access.;)
