We were once on a committee exploring how we could upgrade the Wifi in a certain park. Folks, you would not believe the cost to do so. Large RV 'resorts' might be able to do this but very few of the smaller RV parks could financially bring Wifi up to speed to allow every RVer in the park to use it extensively for all their purposes, including streaming.
Years ago when parks began installing Wifi it was for the purpose of emailing and simple 'Googling', not for the purpose that people want nowadays. Upgrading is very, very expensive and most people complain now about the cost of RV sites.
As stated above in other posts, it's very easy to supply your own hot spot and it works very well. We used Verizon's Jetpack and were rarely in a place that we couldn't connect and we spent a lot of time in the western mountains and boondocking out in the boonies.
It's unreasonable to expect the campgrounds to supply your internet connections.
