I agree with the difference between "Basic wifi" and "streaming wifi", but I don't think there is a basic level of wifi being provided out there. If you can only check your email at 3 a.m., then the basic level isn't being provided.
Only time will tell if this is a big deal or not for RV Parks. Perhaps, as WesternRVParkOwner hopes for, this will go the way of landlines and payphones. Perhaps it will become a dealbreaker.
In the meantime, all we can do is what is best for each of us. That means some people will carry their own wifi; some people will demand that they get it free as advertised by the park.
