This one is actually not open yet. I believe it opens this week.
The idea is that they are not supposed to be too busy. Keep in mind that 90 percent of charging is done at home. Tesla owners are discouraged from doing daily charging at Superchargers which are primarily for road trips. The network was also built for future traffic. Remember, their are about 15,000 more Teslas on the road every month and half way thru next year that number will be closer to 30,000 per month at present growth rates.
