You are right. Hubby is always correcting me. Our grandson has a model of the car and calls it a GT40. He keeps asking to come to grandpas for a ride in the GT 40. So to me until the little ones grow up I am likely to keep slipping and saying GT40.
The GT was the original race car. In order to buy this one the dealer would get one from GM through a lottery process and then if by chance the dealer had more than one person interested in buying then the dealer would have a lottery. - dannytasExplorer
