That seems like a fair price, there's a diesel model for sale over in Bozeman, MT if you want diesel power. Coach House is a well-made Class C, check for care and upkeep of the unit by looking at the screens for the overhead air vents, opening and closing of bathroom door, tires, etc. Gas power comes out about the same operating cost since gasoline is cheaper and easier to find at any station.
