The Coach House are built in Venice Florida near where I live.
They have a highly rated build quality using a one piece mold for the House.
The ceilings are low so If you are tall I would go see one and see if you are comfortable with the low ceilings. As far as the gas engine which I assume is a Ford V-10, I wouldn't worry about the power or dependability aspect. Mileage will be around 9.
I have a Born Free with the same engine and have no issues.
Go to the site rv site mash and you can see all of the Coach House for sale in the country, price can't be assumed fair unless you have a few comparisons.
