They obviously need some help and as a good RVr you did stop and offer some right?
We were going to stop and offer help after our appointment that we were going to when we saw this...NEVER thinking they would actually drive off with the truck/rig in that condition. But they were no where in sight. We were right off I-81 so we weren't sure which way they were heading. We did alert the local pd to be on the lookout for them.
