LOL, this isn't even really a comparison between a Cadillac and a Yugo like previously mentioned. Whats being compared here is even more ridiculous than that.
The Readybrake includes a braking system with it. The Reese fixed bar does not. Soooo, its not even fair to say both do the same job (towing a car) like one might suggest about a Yugo and a Cadillac. One tows AND provides a braking system, the other only tows.
Haha, this is more like comparing an old Yugo with worn out, non-functional brakes, to a new (fully functional) Cadillac. :)
..And thats before we even get into the other obvious, major differences already stated: The Readybrake tow bar has adjustable/collapsible arms, making it much easier to hook up and unhook. Readybrake towbar also can be collapsed, folded, and stowed on the back of the MH. The Reese bar cannot, and being a fixed-arm tow bar, will be more difficult to use.
