Timbrens vs Hellwig helper spring

I had a work truck with Timbrens, and did not like them at all. Speed bumps cause severe rebound, so it made the rear end feel like a pogo stick. SumoSprings are a similar concept, but are taller and are foam filled, so they might provide a better ride while performing a similar function.
