I owned a boat trailer that came with 13 inch wheels .
It had enough clearance under the fender to go to 14 inch wheels and tires .
Because it was tire replacement time it was an inexpensive upgrade to go to the 14 inchers .
go to tire rack and do the search for trailer tires .
from the individual tire model charts you will be able to get the dimensions of your current 13 inchers .
get underneath your trailer .
check to see if there is adequate clearance to go to the 14 inchers .
i increased my load capacity about 40 % as i recall by going to the 14 inchers .
i bought the tires already mounted on the 14 inch steel wheels for a small increase in cost .
If the trailer has been sitting for a while on bias ply tires it is very hard to move . Flat spotted .
If it has been sitting on radials it is easy to move .
I know this because i manually push my boat around within my RV stall .
