Tire Blow-out scenario's please, single axle only

not a tt but i had a boat trailer tire blow out on me once.it destroyed the tire and rim and nearly lost the boat as well.one thing i learned from it was rotate/balance the tires at the start of every season! it gives you a chance to carefully inspect every tire.last season i found cupping on the ds tire so off it came.
