Tire manufacture date marking
A new set of Maxxis tires were installed on our fifth wheel trailer today. I couldn't find the usual code for the manufacture date. The only code was 20ZD (I think). Have the date codes changed?

Last time I bought tires - I wanted to see the date code on each tire before it was mounted, refused one tire. They got a newer tire for me. (Like most retailers - tire companies want to sell the oldest item in their inventory first.)
I then told them to mount the tires with the date codes on the outside. After they said the job was finished, I made them remount one which had the code on the inside.
