I don't have Nitrogen, but on my 2012 F150, I run 35 when not towing and increase to 44 (Max) when towing.
I run the original P rated tires, so the added pressure stiffens the sidewalls.
When we park our TT in a campground and drive the truck, it has a very hard ride with the extra air pressure.
I usually forget to lower the pressure when we get back, so I usually ride around for a week or so with 44# and no towing.
