Much of what I am writing is already done here, but here on a row.
Best would be to weigh your TV per wheel-pair and also that same weighing of the combination. Second best axle weighing. But as long as you did not do that we will have to do with the data you have got.
And that is GAWR's and GVWR ( Gross axle/vehicle weight rating) of TV and trailer, Empty weight of TV and tonge weight of trailer.
Then the way you load the TV for both uses so Towing and not towing.
Then the tires specifications of TV and Trailer, and that is Maximum load, pressure needed for that (AT pressure ( cold)), and speed for wich maximum load is calculated ( J ( 62m) to Q (99m) or ST (65m)).
then give that info all here in this topic , and I will put it in my motorhome and Travel-trailer tire pressure calculators and give you advice pressures for both situations with some reserve but still no bumping, so still acceptable comfort and gripp.
