If you are like me, Goodyears are great tires, but the Wranglers are a terrible tire. I had a set on my company truck years ago and the truck wandered and steered funny the whole time. When they wore out I replaced them with BF Goodrich All Terrain TAs. My son just put on a set of wranglers on his 96 F250 4x4 and he is having the same problems I had with them 20 years ago. He is so upset that he going to replace them with other tires and sell them on Craig's list.
As for size, I see no problem with using the current size. If you go narrower (60 to 70 series) the tire will get taller, which is OK if you have room for them. I did a quick search for your tires in a LT type tire in a 275/60 R20 and they are plentiful, including my favorite BF Goodrich All Terrain TSs.
