first of all I have never been critical of the Carlisle tire and have used many of them and haven’t had one fail, and I am not accusing them of a cover-up…
it’s not about the brand at all, that’s just how marketing works, it’s a lot of BS with some truth mixed in…
while any tire can fail I certainly would expect any tire I buy to go more than 2 years, or I wouldn’t buy them in the first place…
I know one thing though I am less likely to buy Carlisle tire now as a private label tire than I would be with Carlisle being the mfg., especially during the transition…
