Why on earth would you do that when labor aids are available?
No damage to threads, lug nuts or wheels. I can feel if there is damaged or dirty threads and take appropriate action. No need to drag out an air hose, pump up the air compressor or run a extension cord. No batteries to charge, maintain or replace. No need to carry heavy, expensive tools that take up space and may or may not save a couple of minutes. A torque wrench should be used anyway. A little exercise is a good thing, labor saving is usually not something that adds to ones strength.
