That's true but how many times do you do it? I'll bet not enough to add any strength. The other things is, how many have some type of disability, arthritis, bad elbows or shoulders, etc. Be glad you don't but then you're still kind of young at 75
True. And if you are relying on the random flat for strength training one should probably reevaluate their fitness program.
