Not sure what you base this on? My TrailerAid Plus works just fine with leaf suspension on my FW. I don't need added wood under the TA, like pictured. It does work great on my 26' enclosed sled trailer with torsion too.

Idk, didn't say it doesn't work, just requires more height apples to apples with a leaf system that pivots first before taking up load.
Maybe I shouldn't have said "MUCH."
My experience is the regular sprung axles do not require the blocks.
