pt is a nessectry, as the followup.its like two peaces of wood, they HAVETO BE WORN BACK IN.that in it self is a bit of pain, but don't forget this,that pain will stop, took me a year to get any where close to normal.pends on how much u put in to it.now its all happy-camping
