Had total right shoulder replacement 2 years ago and had experienced muscle and tendon pain on a regular basis and within the last few months, reduced range of motion.
Crazy me....I thought that after PT and the first year, things would be going back to normal. Hah....I learned the hard way that finding ways to keep range of motion was extremely important even this far out.
