Crazy me....I thought that after PT and the first year, things would be going back to normal. Hah....I learned the hard way that finding ways to keep range of motion was extremely important even this far out.
WOW You brought back memories. I once worked with an MD who helped develop the first shoulder replacement hardware. Dr Brenner was his name and the shoulder was named after him. Newer models have replaced his original but I still remember the time and the man. Was over 30 years ago
