The BIGGEST thing you can do to help yourself is get to a gym. Working out will not only improve your overall health, but your reflexes, the way you feel about yourself, your stamina, and the list goes on. That does NOT mean you have to go and burn yourself out in a gym. Most gyms have a personal trainer on staff. Let them work with you to setup a routine that you can follow. I promise you will feel and see a difference in a short time.
