Toilet clog

Hey everyone,
My mother lives in a fifth wheel and I'm currently trying to deal with a possible toilet clog.

The toilet is full currently, it's backed up into the bowl and it is going down but very slowly. Like a several days type slowly. We have tried to toilet snake it with a 1/4 snake both by going down the toilet, and by slicing a hole in the top side of the sewage hose and snaking up that way.

The snake seems to flap all over, it doesn't appear to be hitting blockages, and when it comes out there's very little on it.

I'm currently at a point where I'm wondering if it's possible the valve has broken and isn't opening, is that common? The actual pull valve on the side of the RV is SO stiff, it feels like the plastics going to snap off every time I pull on it, but it does still push it and pull out.

My other question is the flush king attachment- I see a lot of great reviews and I'm fairly novice but even I feel like I could operate it, but does anyone have prior experience with it and whether or not it is possible to use when your toilet has standing water, or do you need to have a clear toilet to use it?

If anyone has any other suggestions, please let me know! I'm at a loss as to what to do next, and neither of us can really afford to bring an RV plumber specialist out ...
Thanks everyone!!
