toilet seal replacement
how hard to replace the little sliding toilet seal ,in the bottom of the toilet? does not hold water anymore. Thank you

I have done this twice - there are several youtubes on this subject which will help. Removing the toilet was the only hard part - tight space and I had no direct line of sight for to the nut that holds the toilet to the floor (had to use a mirror). I found that using an extension, universal joint, and extended socket made things much easier.
If you decide to buy a new toilet make sure you have enough space - a new toilet would have been about an inch too large to fit in my older bathroom.
