This is totally the opposite and maybe not relevant.We once pulled into a state park in No. Ca. late, around 8PM Gate person said I had to pay for that day plus the next night. II said "you gotta be kidding, you want full price for four hours plus tonight?" After much negotiating she only charged me for that nights stay, sometimes talkin works;)
