I guess I am in the minority on this one. Paying for a full nights stay for the use of a measly 4 hours makes it $12.50 per hour. Now if they are nearing capacity this is reasonable. If not, then its usury. I am not sure how fully both were so these are my thoughts.
Any non-situational, hard and fast bureaucratic rules are just that, Bureaucratic.I they weren't full, they lost $50.
