a nights stay is not 4hrs
a nights stay is until checkout time the next day
not just 4hrs, whether or not he wanted to get back on the road at midnight or at 6am
if i want a 4 hr nap/rest, i will find a rest area, or public attraction. truck stop etc..
if i'm paying to be there, i will be there until at least 9am
i avoid rush hour IF at all possible (morning or evening)
