Nope, he paid for 3pm to 11am the next day. Not the parks problem if he doesn't use the full time.
As far as losing money, that's small picture thinking. If they set a precedent for letting people play games, they will get lots of people playing games and costing them a lot more money plus extra staff will be needed to police who is really using the facilities and exactly when people arrive and leave....in the long run it's a money loser to play silly games.
