There is a tool, I have one. It has a couple of very sharp hardened teeth. You have to apply a lot of pressure when backing out the screw to prevent slippage. If you work on commercial bathroom partitions it is a must have item.
Did you also know there is a tool for spinning nails into hard woods? It is one of my favorite tools. It eliminates the two step process of drilling a hole and then hammering the nail.
