Torklift Lock and Load

I'm thinking of adding a front mount carrier for our genny but I'm concerned about the knob and how it works.

What keeps someone from unscrewing the knob to release the lock down bar? What am I missing?

Can you folks who have this model post some pics on how this works. Thanks!
