There was an article in a magazine awhile back, a review of different torque wrenches and the Harbor Freight held it's own among most of the competition.
I have an ADC 1/2" clicker that I've been using for 20 yrs. It's seen everything from engines to lug nuts and keeps working. I don't often torque lug nuts except on luxury car rims where accuracy is worth the effort. My steel trailer rims get a big steady pull with a long ratchet bar.
