That wrench is 18" long, so if you're tightening lug nuts to 120 lb.ft. you'll be applying about 90 lbs. to the end of the wrench. I have a long, app. 2 feet, 1/2" drive torque wrench that is strictly for lug nuts. It makes torquing 120 lb.ft. pretty easy. It's a HF torque wrench and works very well. And I can use it for my dually wheels which torque to 175 lb.ft. I believe.
Just remember to reset the wrench to lowest setting when you're not using it.
