HF for lug nuts is fine----------------who cares if it is calibrated only to 5# + or - ? I checked my 1/2 in drive HF and it was within 4# throughout the range.
You can also use a 4 foot extension on a pull handle and a pair of scales.
ie: Stand on scales and pull up 'til you add 50# and you have applied 200# torque (Approx). It ain't rocket science folks.
