  • We used a slip over type of extension mirror on our 96 & 98 Chev's for years and they performed wonderful, and didn't look like an after thought. Never vibrated and the mirror would fold flat even with the extension on. It's such a safety thing, drives me nuts when I see people towing without extensions. Nice purchase and well worth what you paid for, now use them lots and get out there with your Ford and enjoy that trailer. Hans

P.S. I too have recently purchased quite a few things from e trailer, fast service, great prices, good customer service, and free shipping on some big heavy items like the front and rear Curt hitch receivers I just installed on our new truck. And I'm working on a 1952 Angelus travel trailer and they had all the vintage looking aluminum roof vents and pipe vent covers I needed. I highly recommend them if you can't support your local merchant.
  • I picked up the same brand for my Yukon last year. Worked great, secure fit, looked good, no complaints.
  • Yep, used them for years. sturdy, durable and did the job. I always tried to be careful putting them on and taking them off so I didn't have to readjust them the next time I used them.
