What is the best material for brake pads on a tow vehicle?

I'm not exactly sure what "carbon-fiber ceramic pads" are, but that's what the PowerStop Z36 brake pad/rotor package comes with and so far after almost 3 years, they are performing great!
Zero brake dust, stops very well, have not warped the rotors like the OEM ones did after a couple of years.
