I would not follow the advice you receive on an internet forum to obtain information about your specific vehicle. The engineers who designed your vehicle provide very specific information on how to use the tow/haul button. I looked up your 2008 owner's manual and have taken a screen shot regarding the tow/haul feature. The owner's manual gives very specific information on the benefits of tow/haul and why you should use it. Note: One poster stated that it "keeps you out of overdrive". That is completely untrue and shows why you should follow your owner's manual and not the internet forum.
